Her preferred pronouns are she/her.
Weddings are weddings: two people promising
their love to each other in the presence of their

of who you are, full of love, emotion, light-hearted humour and you can guarantee your guests won't be

she has sung it at funerals and at weddings.

Alison headlined at Sydney's Gay & Lesbian
Mardi Gras to a crowd of 12,000 people.
Alison headlined "Classical Pride" in June 2023,
alongside Danny Beard (Winner of Ru Paul's Drag Race).
She also performed in "My Gay Wedding: The Musical":
the second legal same-sex marriage to take place in
the UK in 2014, televised on Channel 4.
Alison is delighted to be officiating the wedding of
Craig Revel Horwood to Jonathan Myring in 2025.

I had the best conversation with one of the founders of the Big Gay Wedding Directory and we were in stitches over this video.
But sadly, we both acknowledged how upsetting it is to
know first-hand that there are wedding professionals still
sitting with couples from our community conversing in a
language that is not inclusive, even to this day.
All we can do is continue to educate and have the conversation.
